PORT SULPHUR BAND 

Formed in the muds of the Lawson Delta bayou, PORT SULPHUR BAND walks the line between fiction and reality. Both a meta element of the video game Hunt: Showdown 1896 and an in-house band of game developers at Crytek, PORT SULPHUR BAND began as a vehicle to tell stories from the world of Hunt, a supernatural shooter set at the dawn of blues and jazz in 1890s Louisiana.

Since their first album released in 2019, PORT SULPHUR BAND has become a cult phenomenon, with over 88 million streams across three albums. Their first vinyl collection, "The Devil's Fee," hit #62 on the German charts—an industry first in Germany for video game soundtracks—and their second vinyl collection, “Shadows Calling,” hit #63.

The band has since expanded their repertoire with live performances and have captivated audiences from Paris to Las Vegas. With the release of a Rise Up Dead Man music video in 2024, the band continues to blur the lines between developer and fictional character.

SHADOWS WAKE

The band’s new album “Shadows Wake” is set to surpass them all with 20 new dark western tracks from the world of Hunt: Showdown 1896. Each song tells a story from that gritty western world where betrayal, brutality, bravado, and desperation shape the lives of those who dare face the spreading Corruption and fight the monsters it has created.

In “Web of the Empress,” you’ll hear the tale of a woman buried alive, only be to be revived by hundreds of corrupted spiders. In “Beneath the Apple Tree,” a man contemplates his own despair as he exchanges his innocent dreams for a gun and a grave. And in “Curtain Call,” deranged circus clowns invite the listener to follow them into the darkness of their own madness and corruption.

“Shadows Wake” is PORT SULPHUR BAND’s fourth album and third on vinyl.

Shipping Policy

ETAs are estimates and subject to change. They are kept up to date on product pages. We do not have more info beyond what's on the product page.

We use a variety of shipping carriers from Canada Post, USPS, UPS, PostNL and APC. A shipping carrier will be chosen based on the best available rate. Generally, the breakdown will look like this:

Canada: Stallion Express (Uniuni, ICS, Canada Post, others)
USA: 3rd party handed off to USPS
Rest of the World: PostNL / APC

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Flat-rate shipping fees to Canada and the USA only cover up to 5 kg. Orders over 5 kg will be invoiced separately for shipping.

All orders are tracked unless otherwise noted in the shipping.

The insurance on our shipments does not cover parcels once marked delivered. We cannot refund or replace items delivered to the address on the order. Please ship your packages to a secure location.

Orders outside Canada and the U.S. are not returned to us if they cannot be delivered or picked up. These orders are destroyed so we are unable to offer refunds. Please make sure you are monitoring the tracking link.

We ship once a week, generally on Monday or Tuesday.

Orders that include pre-orders will ship once everything in the order is in stock.

Import fees/duties/customs/tariffs are the buyer's responsibility. Orders returned for non-payment of these fees are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The cost of the item, minus the restocking fee and excluding the shipping, will be refunded when the returned order is received. This applies to Canada and US orders only. Orders outside Canada and the US are not returned to us, see above.
