Recorded and released in 1975 as part of Toshiba EMI's high-quality analog "Pro-Use Series" aimed at audiophiles.

Jun Fukamachi, a pioneering keyboardist of crossover music in Japan, recorded and released this hidden gem from the early days of Japanese fusion in 1975 as part of Toshiba EMI's high-quality analog "Pro-Use Series" aimed at audiophiles. Now, it's being reissued on clear red vinyl! Backed by a formidable rhythm section consisting of drummer Shuichi "Ponta" Murakami and bassist Rei Ohara, the album features Fukamachi's versatile use of analog synthesizers and Kenji Omura's intensely fluid guitar solos. The highlight is the approximately 14-minute-long jazz-funk number "Bamboo Bong."
