"Milk inside a bag of milk inside a bag of milk" is a visual novel game in which you become the imaginary friend of a girl whose cognition is distorted due to severe mental illness, and all you have to do is buy milk at the supermarket and go home while keeping her in a good mood.

The soundtrack is somewhat sad, coated in heavy noise and dissonance that expresses the suffocation, unlivability, anxiety, inconsolability, and abnormality of the girl.
